Easily one of the best deals in San Isidro. Located on a tranquil tree-laden street, Collacocha is pleasantly small and unassuming. The atmosphere inside is even better and it will be hard to find a lobby that rivals Collacocha’s in character and taste: The décor is rustic, eclectic and even eccentric. One finds delft tiles and gold-framed orthodox reliefs on the walls, stained glass lamps, a fireplace and a pool table. The rooms are nice, too. They’re basic, with beds, carpet, cable TV, private bathrooms, hot water and linens. One room is newly remodeled for handicap accessibility with a private bathroom. Although simple, all rooms have a really cozy feel to them. It’s definitely a place you should check out (and into).
