I absolutely loved this place. It provided a modern twist to Peruvian cuisine, which I hadn't found anywhere else. A place like this should exist in the States. The menu plays up authentic Peruvian ingredients to create something unique. Pulpa (grilled octopus) is stuffed with the very Peruvian causa. There is a green-tinged alfajor made with coca leaf. Bits of "causushi" are made using Peru's famous potato for a causa-based "roll" topped with crab salad. The staff was extremely helpful. The limonada was fresh. A great lunch spot and the deli case is a great way to try new things.
