This stalwart among Chiclayano restaurants serves all the local dishes, including the lusted-after duck with rice. Nestle into one of their round booths and watch the comings and goings of passersby in the main plaza, as Américas is on the southeast corner. Open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
