Ferreñafe
Founded in 1550, Ferreñafe is a town in Northern Peru, located 18 km north of Chiclayo. It is the capital of the province Ferreñafe in the region Lambayeque, and is known as the Tierra de la Doble Fe, or ¨Land of Double Faith,¨ for its unique mix of Catholicism and beliefs in the laws of the spirits.
