Getting to and away from Huanchaco

Getting to Huanchaco isn't too challenging. If you're feeling flush, take a taxi from Trujillo. It will only cost you a few dollars (around $5). Alternatively, take a bus. They leave from España at various points. Drivers will normally drop you at your hotel in Huanchaco. To get back to Trujillo, wait on the road along the beachfront for the bus. The fair is around $0.30.
