The restaurant side of the business does all the basics: sandwiches, soups, chicken, spaghetti, fish, lasagna and -even- fondue. Lots of the surfers come for breakfast at My Friend, since it's one of the only places open at 7:30 a.m. and it includes a medium-sized pitcher of juice. The strawberry-banana smoothies are a hit.

Delicious
100%My Friend is a great restaurant for anyone. I have been to Huanchaco 3 times now. Every time I go, I eat every meal at My Friend. The lomo saltado is the most amazing meal I have ever eaten!
Atmosphere
100%I liked the atmosphere. It is owned by a mother and her son (the one who is cooking), which creates a nice and friendly atmosphere.
Great Place
100%Great value and very friendly staff, there are also great fish and sea food dishes.
