High End Restaurants in Máncora
As to be expected in a fishing-village-cum-beach-resort, fish and seafood are the main items on menus in Máncora. Prices are higher than in other areas of the country. The daily lunch special costs $1.35-4.70. Ceviche is a commonly proffered appetizer to these meals. On the road to the beach are several simple eateries with good lunch-dinner menu for $1.70. The market is at Micaela Bastidas and Calle Los Incas, one block east of Avenida Grau. It has the usual produce and juice stands, and basic eateries operating from 6 a.m.-6 p.m.
