Turismo Restaurant Espada is recognized as one of the best restaurants in Peru and has received a slew of awards to prove it. The specialty is anything that has been pulled out of the sea. There are other options on the menu, but you’d be missing out to skip the seafood. Try the Enrollado de Mero con Pulpa de Cangrejo (Grouper stuffed with crab meat). As would be expected, the food here is a little pricey, but it's certifiably some of the best seafood available in the country and worth the financial ding. Open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
