Budabar is the place to go anytime of the day, for anything from breakfast ($1.50-2.70) to a nightcap ($2.70-4). This corner restaurant on the Plaza de Armas has both inside and front patio seating. Lunch specials are a $1.70 and feature a menú marino (seafood menu) on Saturdays and holidays. À la carte dishes run $3.35-11.70. Buddha, though, would have a trying time dining here; there are very few vegetarian choices on the menu.
Open Monday-Saturday 8:30 a.m.-1:30 a.m.; closed Sundays.
