As can be expected in a village whose principal products come from the ocean, the main features on Zorritos menus are fish and seafood. Restaurants are all along the Panamericana, with cheaper ones being in Villar hamlet. These provide set meals at $1.20-1.70. There are scant diners in Los Pinos. Zorrito’s central market is at Avenida Grau and Paseo Orlando Herrera A., one block east of the highway, in the Villar district. It has the usual produce stands and cheap eateries. The better stocked general stores are nearby. Fresh fish can be bought at the Terminal Pesquero.
