In Carhuaz, you are going to be a very happy (and full!) camper if you are looking for typical local dishes and Ecuadorian fare. There are little restaurants sprinkled around and your meal will taste even better with the accompanying views of the surrounding mountains. No meal is complete without a big ice cream cone from one of the many heladerías.
