This relatively new hotel is surprisingly expensive for a city that isn’t: rooms start at $35, going as high as $80. They are a bit small, but clean and pleasant to look at. The Hotel Pirámide also offers a nice view of the Huascarán, Peru’s highest mountain, and the Cordillera Blanca. Breakfast, served in its café, is included in the price, as is internet service. Top-floor suites feature Jacuzzis.
