Bistro is right on the Plaza de Armas, and is run by Lola and Michelle, Peruvian and French respectively, who do amazing things for thier community in a country where there is not much help from the government for groups like orphans and elderly people. Also, the service is top notch, everyone is so sweet, and the food is delicious and locally and internationally creative!
The owners are fantastic people, the staff are friendly, and the food is great! I lived in Huaraz for four months and ate there at least once a week. Two thumbs up from me
I ate a typical peruvian dish ( aji de galiina ) it had a litle rare taste and a few hours after i was hospitalized with a bad food infection. just don't go to that place. It is olso very expensive and a slow service
