Mountain Bike Adventures is run by Julio Olaza, a Huaraz native and mountain biking enthusiast. Having biked the Cordillera Blanca his entire life, and spent stints in the United States mountain biking, Julio has turned his passion into his livelihood. He knows the landscape inside and out, and can lead or point bikers in the right direction for their ability and desired excursion. He is focused on safety and comes highly recommended everywhere. Rates average approximately $20 per day for equipment rentals and $30 for one-day tours. Multiday excursions can also be arranged.
