Walk into this gem, located two blocks from the Plaza, and you are welcomed by an interior garden surrounded by a broad, second-story, wooden balconies. Between local treks, you can rest in the sitting areas with tremendous views over the mountains, or enjoy the gardens and orchid nursery (over 200 varieties). The spacious rooms are tastefully furnished with comfortable chairs and beds. The private baths have gas-heated hot water. La Casona offers laundry, cafeteria and tour services.
