Explore the Incan ruins at Kuelap, along with the monumental cloud fortress of the Chachapoyas. This area is part of the Inca's last conquest.
Fixed departures to/from Chiclayo - about 12 hours ($10 on public buses) on a partially paved road. To travel from Lima the trip takes around 30 hours and costs about $25 using public bus services.
