Located a block down from the Centro Cívico in a colonial house, Restaurant Nuevo Horizonte dishes up traditional Peruvian meals like lomo saltado and cau cau, with a twist: instead of using meat, it uses soy. Nuevo Horizonte also prepares other creative vegetarian fare. Dishes range from 3-6 soles ($1-2), easy on any vegetarian's wallet.
