V!VA User‘s Description
The hotel is unique in that most rooms only have interior windows that open to an open-air courtyard, which is about 5' x 5' wide. It is a little noisy at night, you can hear everyone coming down the hallways, but it's not unbearable. It does not have cable TV, but it includes a free breakfast consisting of toast and jelly available in the small dining area. The third floor has great views of the river, from the hallway. The Safari is in a great central location just one block from the Plaza Del Armas. The staff was friendly and the hotel was small, but clean. There is also a small casino connected to the hotel.
