The Manu Lodge and Manu Cloud Forest Lodge are owned and operated by Manu Nature Tours. They offer all inclusive services within Manu. The Manu lodge boasts that it is the only lodging within the Manu National Park that is not just a tented campsite. The Manu Lodge is divided into two parts, block A and block B. Block A's three levels contain a bar, meeting area, dining room, two double rooms and an observation room. Block B holds 10 double rooms. The kitchen, showers and bathrooms are located away from the main area.

The Manu Cloud Forest Lodge sits between mountains covered with cloud forests and a 400-foot-high waterfall. The lodge is small, with only 16-20 beds. Some of the amenities at Manu Cloud Forest Lodge include private bathrooms with hot water, private verandas, and a sauna.

The lodges offer various activities such as mountain biking, night walks and rafting for extra fees. The short Manu Lodge tour departs on Fridays. The long tours to the Manu Lodge depart on Thursdays. Tours to the Cloud Forest Lodge depart daily. All tours depart from Cusco.
