V!VA User‘s Description

Set out on the Madre de Dios ferry to get a good look at the Peruvian jungle river that is approximately 500 meters wide at the crossing. Drivers who need to ferry their vehicles across to Brazil can also do this here. The river traffic is not bad for people- and vehicle-watching as boats travel between the shores of the Madre de Dios river. The ferry is open from dawn to dusk.
