Hospedaje Luciana was only recently constructed in 2007, and its main advantage for those seeking a bargain while visiting Puerto Maldonado is its fresh, clean rooms, all of which have bathrooms, new beds and new bedspreads. They start at eight dollars, with a matrimonial room going for $14. There are no televisions, but the owners promise that such amenities as laundry service and a cafeteria will be added soon.
