Ceiba Tours is the authorized owner of the Mejía Lodge in Lake Sandoval that attracts tourists from all over the world. It will take you by boat, and its excursions include hikes along natural groves of medicinal plants and opportunities to do some crocodile watching. Eco- and mystic tours can also be arranged, and it also serves as a travel agency, capable of booking flights on such local airlines as Lan Peru and Aero Cóndor. Tour prices start at $40 per day. It does not, at this point, accept credit cards.
