Sergeturs Colpa Travel offers combined tours. On one-day excursions to a turtle reserve, you can observe turtles, under the protection of staff, hatch their offspring. Other tours include visits to monkey islands; parakeet sanctuaries in the lakes and tributaries around Puerto Maldonado; and the Marquisapa, a virgin jungle with a hauntingly beautiful lake, only four hours away by boat. Prices range from $70 to $80 for individual day trips, and $130 for a two-day trip that includes lodging. Sergeturs also offers trips to neighboring Brazil, and can book flights.
