The Wasai Lodge Tours

The Wasai Lodge offers as comprehensive a tour and expedition program as you will find in Puerto Maldonado, focused on birdwatching, ayahuasca sessions, fishing trips, and eco-tours. One trip ventures to its hostel in the Tampopata, giving you an opportunity to experience waterfalls, howler monkeys, caimans, tapirs, deer, jaguars and exotic birds such as parrot, parakeet and macaw. Prices run an average of a $100 per day per person. The Wasai Lodge also offers "adventure from heaven to paradise in bicycle," a combination mountain biking and white water rafting escapade that takes you from Cusco to Puerto Maldonado.
