The most important office in Santa Rosa is immigration, about 50 meters (180 feet) to the right of the boat docks, past Hotel Diana (Monday-Saturday 8 a.m.-noon, 2-6 p.m.).
There are no banks in Santa Rosa. Hospedaje El Mirador, about 120 meters (400 feet) from the boat dock changes money.
To stay in touch with the outside world, the main phone office is 30 meters (100 feet) to the right of immigration, in the Snack Bar Sabor Peruano “mall.” There is no internet in Santa Rosa.
