Sernanp, or the national park office, is located at Avenida 28 de Julio s/n, 8th block (Tel: 573-278, E-mail: email@example.com), and can provide detailed information on Tambopata National Reserve. You can also pay your admission to the reserve here. There is a tourism booth in the airport as well, which can answer some of your questions about lodging and tours in the area. Puerto Maldonado's police office is at Jir贸n Daniel A. Carri贸n and Jir贸n Puno (Tel: 803-504/464).
Banco de Cr茅dito has a branch in Puerto Maldonado, conveniently located on Plaza de Armas, at Jir贸n Daniel A. Carri贸n 201 (Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Tel: 571-193/001). The bank also has an ATM that accepts Visa debit and credit cards. There is also a Banco de la Naci贸n in town, at Calle Daniel Alcides Carri贸n 233. A couple of places to change money can be found nearby as well. One reputable Casa de Cambio is located at the corner of Jir贸n Gonz谩lez Prada and Jir贸n Puno.

There are Internet caf茅s scattered all over town, with the biggest concentration being on Avenida Le贸n Velarde. The post office is located on Avenida Le贸n Velarde as well, at number 675 (Monday-Saturday 8 a.m.-8 p.m.).

If you want to drop off your muddy laundry in Puerto Maldonado after your jungle trip, head to one of the laundromats on Avenida Le贸n Velarde. They tend to charge around $1.75 per kilogram, and many can get it back to you the same day if you bring it in before noon.
