Huacachina Oasis Hotels
All classes of travelers are welcomed at this desert resort hamlet, from those with deep pockets looking for understated luxury to backpackers. A number of new hostels have opened in recent years; several of these offer camping, including The Silva House (Av Angela de Perotti, Lote 3. Tel: 798-982, Cel: 956-985-161, E-mail: thesilvahouse@hotmail.com). Many hotels and hostels have swimming pools. The ones on the north side of the lagoon and on Avenida Perotti may not be so restful (especially on weekends and holidays) because of the number of bars there.
