Hostal Rocha - Hotel Huacachina Oasis - Peru

Taxi drivers taking travelers from Ica to Huacachina will almost inevitably recommend Hostal Rocha. This is one of the oasis’ oldest hostels, and for many years was one of the backpacker crowd’s favorite haunts. Its gleam, though, has dulled. The hostel is now run-down and not too clean. On the plus side, it does have a kitchen for guests’ use, a nice swimming pool, one of the best bars in town, campsites and a resident tour operator.
