Museo Regional de Ica - Museum Ica - Peru

Get up close and personal with shrunken heads and other mummy remains at the Museo Regional de Ica Adolfo Bermúdez Jenkins, located in the southwest corner of Ica. This museum has one of the country’s best collections of Paracas, Nasca, Huari, Ica and Inca weavings and other artifacts, as well as Colonial canvases and Republican objects. One gallery features mummies, trepanned skulls and other bio-anthropology specimens. The museum also has several engraved stones, like those in the Cabrera museum.
