Traveler Advice
Hotel and tour touts hang out at the bus terminals. They have a bad reputation. Do not speak with them, tell anything about yourself, or in which hotel you plan to stay. You may be setting yourself up to be ripped off. When buying a tour, always obtain a receipt with the company’s name, address and phone number printed on it. Go to archaeological sites only with registered guides that have an official identification card.
