Chifa Nam Kug

Location:
Bolognesi 448
Nasca, Peru

Restaurant Types:
Chinese

By Lorraine Caputo

Chifa Nam Kug allows a break from Peruvian and Nasca’s usual Italian offerings. Following in the great tradition of chifas throughout Peru, the Chinese owners and cooks stir-fry up Sino favorites like Kanlu Wantan, Taypa and Chuakay. Specials, which have wantan soup or fried wantans and main dish, are a delicious way to stay on budget. À la carte entrées come in all sauces and preparations, including vegetarian. For the Peruvian touch, accompany your meal with Inka Kola. For an even more authentic Chinese experience, ask for the chop sticks. Open daily noon-4 p.m., 6-11 p.m.
