Pacific Coast South of Lima Hotels
Along the Pacific Coast south of Lima, you will find accommodations of all types and for all budgets. In Pisco, Paracas, Huacachina Oasis and Nasca, hostels cater to the no-frills backpacking crowd. Ica, Paracas, Huacachina and Nasca have more mid-range and luxury lodging choices (there’s even a Hilton in Paracas). The major tourist destinations also offer guesthouses and B&Bs. Tacna, a popular shopping destination close to the Chilean border, and Moquegua have very cheap hospedajes. Camping is possible in Paracas, Huacachina and Moquegua. Many hotels have in-house travel agencies, to help travelers get out to the region’s many attractions.
