Doña Edna’s Hospedaje Shalom has been occupied by aid relief workers since the earthquake and tidal wave, but that hasn’t kept her still. On the backside, just a block from the beach, she has been building new rooms to accommodate the growing number of tourists. The rooms are spacious and simply furnished with large picture windows. The beds are excellent. Private baths are nicely finished, with hot water on request. Doña Edna and her family are very friendly and helpful.
