If you’re a beach person, you could happily spend a long time in Punta del Diablo doing not much at all, perhaps opting for an occasional sunlounger at Paseo del Rivero when you fancy a coffee in the shade. If you prefer to be more active, the beaches are also excellent both for surfing and horseback riding, or rent a sandboard from Tropico and head for the dunes.
