Restaurant Overview
The must-try food in Punta del Diablo is the locally-caught fresh fish and seafood, easily found in every place to eat in town (a fantastic example is at Franca). Additionally, the town’s many restaurants serve a wide variety of quality food, from the tacos at Mamacita to the pizza and parrilla at Don Quijote and pasta and wok at Poncho Diablo. Is it a special night? Go to Nativos. There are also plenty of snack places to eat along the beachfronts, while self-caterers can head to El Vasco supermarket by the bus stop.
Nightlife Overview

El Diablo Tranquilo Bar is the only year-round place to be, but if you really want to ‘do Diablo’ then you must also hit Bitacora. La Fortaleza was being renovated at the time of writing, but is good for a pre-Bitacora party, as it is the place just next door (or else go in for breakfast afterwards). Don Diego is that noise you hear when you first get off the bus.
