My works have been published in two different newspapers. One is a newspaper completely in Spanish, focused on the Hispanic community in the U.S., where I used to work. I had a personal column and edited a good part of the newspaper. Now I work at a local English newspaper in Federal Way, Washington, where I write different stories each week relating to the community.

Carnaval 2006, DIAMANTINA,MINAS GERAIS (BRAZIL)! It can't get crazier than a Brazilian carnaval!

Bizarre experience

I would say an experience is only bizarre if you make it bizarre, otherwise it's just an experience.

Advice

Try everything, talk to everyone, and never compare anything with your home country.

Dream destination

One too many to name.

Traveled before

I have traveled to a lot of places in Europe, Latin America, and the U.S. Although what I enjoy the most is getting to live in a certain country for a while, not only visiting, I have been able to do this in Brazil, Guatemala, and France.
